Rinforza

Marketing that knows the customers who walk in the door.

Most marketing platforms only see your website. Rinforza reads your point-of-sale system too, and builds one profile per customer — in the store and online.

54,000customer profiles, built from 104,137 purchases
$16Min-store revenue a website-only tool could not see
$228Kshowroom sales a month, fed back to the ad platforms
The problem

Your marketing tool has never met most of your customers.

Almost every marketing platform was built for online stores. It knows the people who bought on a website, because a website collects an email address before it takes the money.

It knows almost nothing about the people who walked into the building. Those customers paid at a register. Their name and phone number went into a point-of-sale system the marketing platform has never heard of — so they are not on the email list, not in any segment, and not in any report.

Roughly how many customers do you think you have — and how many of them are on the list you actually market to?

For most businesses with a physical location, the second number is a small fraction of the first.

We know because it was us. We were paying $34,000 a year for a platform doing its job perfectly, while missing 99.9% of our revenue. So we built the thing that could see the rest, ran our own company on it, and then started selling it.

What it does

Five parts. The first one is why the rest work.

Each is useful alone. Together they replace several subscriptions.

Foundation

The customer database

Reads your point-of-sale system and your website, works out which records are the same human being, and builds one profile with everything they have bought.

One customer with a five-year history — not two strangers and a stack of receipts.

Part 2

Email

Campaigns you write and send, plus sequences that send themselves — welcome, post-purchase follow-up, review requests, win-backs, browse abandonment.

Sending runs about ten cents per thousand, so the bill stops growing with the list.

Part 3

Text messaging Not yet live

Promotional and automatic texts, with opt-in and opt-out enforced by the system rather than by whoever is sending.

Carrier registration takes several weeks. It is built and part of the system, but we have not switched it on yet — including for ourselves.

Part 4

Loyalty and reviews

Points and tiers that earn on in-store purchases as well as online, which most loyalty programs cannot do.

Plus first-party reviews collected after purchase — reviews you own, on your own site.

Part 5

Proof it worked

In-store purchases are sent back to the ad platforms daily, so a campaign is judged on money taken at the register rather than on clicks.

And a random group is deliberately held back and not marketed to, so what is left is the part your marketing actually caused.

Proof

Every number here came out of our own business.

We did not build this to sell. We built it because we needed it, ran seven furniture showrooms and fifty thousand customers on it with no fallback, and started selling it afterwards.

Figures are Furniture Fair's, August 2026.

  • Replaced a $34,000-a-year platform, and canceled it. We are not running both.
  • Our entire company has run on it, with no fallback, since July 2026.
  • First upload of in-store sales to the ad platforms was a week's worth: $228,479 across 166 purchases. Before that, no advertising we ran could be connected to a single dollar taken at a register.
  • Real segments, not demo data: lapsed in-store buyers, mattress replacement cycle, appliance buyers, in-store-only-and-emailable, high-value VIPs.

If most of your revenue happens in a building, we should talk.

Rinforza is early and we are taking on a small number of businesses at a time.
